If you don’t meditate or do some sort of relaxation exercise every day, start now! I do a guided meditation either every morning or evening to help start my day off focused or to help me go to sleep. I am telling you, it really works! I am a graduate student who works multiple jobs, and I reached a point where I needed to find a quick and easy way to keep myself motivated and focused instead of having burnout 24/7. After absolutely nothing was working to keep my anxiety down and my attention focused… (wait for it…)
I found a solution!
So, what is self-love? Self-love means that you are understanding of what you need and giving that to yourself. If you’re tired, then take a nap. If you’re not feeling confident, then give yourself some uplifting words. It’s all about listening to your body and mind and what you need in that moment to feel recharged and reenergized. Here’s a list of ways that you can do this!
