So, what is self-love? Self-love means that you are understanding of what you need and giving that to yourself. If you’re tired, then take a nap. If you’re not feeling confident, then give yourself some uplifting words. It’s all about listening to your body and mind and what you need in that moment to feel recharged and reenergized.
